The whole of York and the surrounding areas - we can even help you in most places nationally if needed, just give us a call for more information.
Do you take all types of waste?
We can handle almost all types of waste, from household rubbish and DIY project leftovers to garden debris and commercial waste.
Additionally, we take mattresses, fridges, TV monitors, and gas bottles for recycling.
I've got some nice stuff, will you take it for free?
Regrettably, we are unable to provide free collection for any items.
Should you have items that might be suitable for donation or sale, we suggest reaching out to a nearby charity shop.
What's the quickest you can complete my collection?
You can use our online booking system to schedule a collection for the following day. We provide all-day slots, mornings and afternoons. But depending on availability, we might also be able to accommodate same-day rubbish removal if you give us a call.
Do you complete indoor collections?
Certainly! The removal of items is a key aspect of our service.
Just leave your waste where it is, and our team will handle everything else.
If our team can access the waste and there are no exceptional circumstances, your presence is not required at the collection.
I need help with sizing, what should I do?
Please give us a call. Our team is highly skilled and has encountered a wide range of situations; we're equipped to assist with your enquiry.
How do I know my waste won't be fly-tipped?
All waste is transported to a transfer station, there it is sorted for recycling.
We ensure that all items we remove are disposed of legally and ethically, and we supply the necessary paperwork to prove this upon request.
Can I pay the team upon collection?
Our teams attend numerous jobs daily, and for their safety, they do not carry cash.
